Orders placed on weekends (Saturday – Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Cut-off Time: 06:00 PM (GMT +7 / Jakarta Time).
Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment immediately.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We provide both domestic and international shipping for our electric scooter products.
Shipping Partners: DHL, FedEx, UPS, and trusted local couriers.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and courier conditions.
Customers may choose their preferred shipping method during checkout (if available).
