1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and not ridden
In original condition
In its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and box)
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products that have been used, damaged, or modified by the customer
Items without original packaging
Products damaged due to improper use or handling
Clearance or promotional items (if stated as non-returnable)

4. Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Gescoot.com is not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your electric scooter arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photo/video evidence
We will offer:
Replacement unit, or
Full refund (including shipping, if applicable)
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after payment
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
